Next Steps:

• You'll receive a guest agreement via email shortly—please review and sign it electronically.
• We'll also send a link for screening through Truvi, our trusted partner, to verify identities and protect both you and us from fraud.
• Schedule or reserve a security deposit (typically a hold on your credit card) to protect the property during your stay.
• Once the guest agreement is signed, Truvi screening is completed, and the security deposit is reserved, we'll send your full booking confirmation email within 24 hours, including check-in details, property address, and payment receipt.
